This notice explains how Shakti Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (SPSPL) handles information submitted through this website, its enquiry forms and Shakti Assistant.
Information you choose to provide
Product, service and general enquiry forms ask for contact details such as your name, company, phone number, email address and city, together with your selected product or service, preferred contact method and requirement. The exact fields depend on the form you use.
The optional Shakti Assistant callback form asks for your name, mobile number, product or service and requirement, with your agreement to be contacted. It also includes the relevant page and department so the request can reach the right team.
Job applications may include your contact details, position, location, experience, covering message and a CV or résumé. Please do not include passwords, banking details, identity-document numbers or other information that is unnecessary for your request.
How we use this information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, discuss suitable products or services, arrange a requested callback, provide support or assess a job application. A request may be shared with the relevant SPSPL department and service providers needed to deliver the website or email. Enquiry details are currently delivered to care@shaktitech.org for our team to review.
Shakti Assistant and enquiry delivery
Shakti Assistant is a rule-based website guide. Its conversation runs in your current page; the assistant does not save a chat transcript or send the conversation to an external AI service.
When you submit an enquiry, callback or demo request, the validated details are saved in our restricted WordPress enquiry inbox and used to handle your request. The record may include your submitted contact details, company, requirement, selected service or project, originating page, consent and staff follow-up notes. The inbox does not collect chat transcripts, demo passwords or uploaded file contents; application attachment names may be recorded. Submitted messages and application files may also remain in the email systems used by our team.
Technical information and spam prevention
The website uses hidden spam checks and temporary security records to limit repeated submissions. Callback protection uses expiring tokens and IP-derived identifiers; contact-form rate limits also use an IP-derived identifier. These temporary records expire automatically and are separate from your message. Hosting and email services may process technical logs, including IP addresses, request times and delivery information, to operate and secure their services.
Cookies, external content and links
WordPress uses cookies for staff sign-in and related website administration. Shakti Assistant does not require an account and does not store chat history in your browser. Some pages load external fonts or embedded content, such as social posts; those providers receive technical information when your browser connects to them and may apply their own cookie and privacy practices.
Phone and email buttons open your chosen calling or email application. WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a suggested message related to your enquiry; you decide whether to send it. WhatsApp, social networks and other linked websites handle information under their own policies.
Keeping and protecting information
The website enquiry inbox is configured to keep records for 90 days, after which scheduled maintenance deletes them, including staff notes. Scheduled tasks run when the website receives visits unless a server schedule is configured. Portfolio demo requests also have operational records with a separate retention setting; deleting an inbox copy does not remove those records or emails. Demo access details are emailed to the submitted address. For temporary demos, name, company and email may be sent to the configured demo application to create access. There is no single automatic deletion period configured for team email correspondence. Access is restricted to website administrators and staff handling the request; no website or email system can guarantee complete security.
